In the years of my professional career, I have achieved a lot and know the challenges that companies face time and again. I have often taken on tasks that many others have avoided because they were afraid of the responsibility. I have led and successfully implemented several digitalization and automation transformations. It was particularly important to me to take away employees’ fear of change and motivate them to actively shape our joint solutions.

As a General Manager with P&L responsibility, I have experienced turbulent times and major crises, learning a lot and successfully resolving them. My professional career has taken place both in development (R&D) and in operations. I therefore speak both “languages” and know both worlds. This helps me to mediate between the departments and ensure mutual understanding so that silos disappear quickly.
