My heart beats for turnarounds, restructuring and transformation in the age of digitalization and agility.

You are faced with a situation where an important project is off course and in danger of failing. Or the operational business is causing concern because promised customer deadlines are not being met. So it's 5 to 12 and you need quick and sustainable solutions.

This is where I like to come in. Stephan Jorra is my name and as an interim executive and project manager I am happy to take on the role of plant manager, managing director, CxO or head of a task force or important special projects.

In this situation, I combine the best of both worlds: sound technical expertise, curiosity and a thirst for knowledge as a graduate engineer in development and extensive experience in operational business. With me, you get a neutral view from the outside. This quickly provides new impetus and paves the way for new solutions. I will implement these in your company, always in line with the latest developments and with a clear course towards success. I am a doer and not a theory consultant.

Many years of leadership and management experience paired with sound technical knowledge and a high affinity for digitalization result in effective solutions.

I also support the management or shareholders as a sparring partner or advisor.

To successfully implement change, you have to like people – I feel the same way and bring my empathy to each of my projects individually.

My clients are manufacturing SMEs and industrial companies with their own factories/plants in the energy sector and in mechanical and plant engineering.

My offer

I come when there’s a fire. It’s 5 to 12 and money is being lost every day.

I will come when we have realized that we have to do something.

By the way: Sometimes it’s the very short assignment that brings you forward, in which we develop strategies together, that gives you structure, that provides you with a realistic implementation roadmap – or “just” impulses.

I am a hybrid. Development expertise is my "basis". Shopfloor, operations and working with people are my "superstructure".

Transformation to an intelligent and green factory (smart & green factory)

Sound knowledge of electronics and software development

Sound knowledge of the primary and secondary technology of high-voltage grids

Know-how in the field of renewable energies (wind, solar, green hydrogen)
